WorkzJet E1S Thermal Inkjet Printer

The model WorkzJet E1S Industrial Inkjet Printer performs Inkjet Coding and Marking directly to inkjet print on products, parts, corrugated boxes, plastic bags, documents and webs simply and quickly. Easily configure this Industrial Printer, the WorkzJet E1S Thermal Inkjet Printer, for printing Lot numbers, Best By Date, timestamps and any Text characters, this device can also print graphics, 1D Barcode and perform as a QR Code Printer. Solvent inks, perform very well when printing on non-absorbent surfaces such as metal and plastic, or glass. The WorkzJet E1S is handy and easy to operate and program via the small on-board 5.00" touchscreen.

• SOFTWARE
  No computer PC needed, the Industrial Inkjet Printer Software is built-into the Sojet E1S WorkzJet, using the onboard Touchscreen allows the user to pre-configure up any customized print jobs. Excellent Navigation of Software Function(s) allows user to search and select through the pre-stored prints, allowing the user to effortlessly select and preview the selected label information, before it is printed.

Optional Upgrades:

1. Shaft Encoder: Choose the optional Shaft Encoder especially when printing barcodes or 2D Codes to ensure the printed barcode is machine-readable. If you have a inkjet coding conveyor that is variable speed, or other automation that can run at different speeds, such as for web printing, we strngly recommend a shaft encoder be deployed.
2. Special Product Sensors: Choose from optional Product Sensors, such as Fiber-Optic photoelectric sensors, Thru-Beam Reflective and Label-Gap Sensors to accommodate inkjet printing environments for most any automation machinery.
3. Print-Go Signal Cable: Purchase the optional Print-Go Signal Cable pinned out for the WorkzJet E1S. This pigtail cable makes connections to your PLC or existing sensors on your printing machinery, quick and easy.
4. PC Software: Purchase the optional PC Software for the WorkzJet E1S. This allows you to remote control multiple E1S industrial inkjet printer(s) across the production manufacturng line, and integrate with external networ data-sources for printing.

OPERATIONAL DEPLOYMENT of INDUSTRIAL INKJET PRINTER
The Product or Printhead must be moving for the printing of the programmed Inkjet Coding label to occur. A Print-Go Signal is sent to the touchscreen printer controller for the printhead to spray the ink.

• Conveyor Belt Application - Product or Container/Box automatically moves along the conveyor belt. The leading edge of the item will be detected by a Photoelectric Sensor, upon detection the Print-Go Signal is sent to the controller for the Inkjet Coding label to be printed.

• Traverser Linear Actuator - Product or Containers are stationary and arranged in a row, with equal spacing. The host linear actuator machine will commence the "outbound" move, "traversing" the WorkzJet E1S printhead across the row of items and printing will occur as each individual Print-Go Signal is sent to the printer via the PLC of the host traverser machine. **this inkjet coder can also perform the Inkjet Coding and Marking/Printing as the traverser is making it's "return to home" inbound move.
