The model LabelJet Industrial Inkjet Printer performs Inkjet Coding and Marking directly via inkjet overprinting print on private label beverage labels, craft brewing labels, glossy wine bottle labels simply and quickly. Easily configure this Industrial Inkjet Label Printer, the LabelJet Inkjet Roll Label Printer, for printing Lot numbers, Best By Date, timestamps and any Text characters, this device can also print graphics, 1D Barcode and perform as a QR Code Printer. Solvent inks, perform very well when printing on non-absorbent surfaces as found with gloassy labels. The LabelJet Inkjet Label Printer is table-top handy and easy to operate and program via the small on-board touchscreen.

• SOFTWARE
  No computer PC needed, the LabelJet Roll to Roll Industrial Inkjet Printer Software is built-into the LabelJet Rewinder machine, using the onboard Touchscreen allows the user to pre-configure up any customized print jobs. Excellent Navigation of Software Function(s) allows user to search and select through the pre-stored prints, allowing the user to effortlessly select and preview the selected label information, before it is printed.

1. Special Product Sensors: Choose from optional Product Sensors, such as Ultrasonic and Color sensors.

OPERATIONS of LABELJET INDUSTRIAL INKJET PRINTER
The labels will be moving through the spools, and as each "Gap" between each label is detected a Print-Signal is sent to the controller for the printing of the programmed Inkjet Coding onto each individual label.

• Built-In Speed Encoder - As the Product Labels automatically move along the rollers of the LabelJet Industrial Inkjet Printer. The speed of the moving labels is sent to the Toucshcreen Controller, resulting in perfectly legiable print results each time.

• Label Gap Sensor - The standard Label-Gap Sensor detects the Gap between labels on opaque label liner backing, and this allows each Inkjet Code to be further calibrated for exact print positioning.

• Label Counter - The standard Label-Counter is a separate pendant plugged into the LabelJet Printer. Designed with a touchscreen interface, allowing for the LabelJet to perform as a Label Counter Machine without inkjet printing. Just input the quantity of labels you wish to count and press start, the machine spins the labels, counting each label and automatically stops at the specifued quantity.
